Don't criticize others. Instead, focus on your own work and how you can improve your own processes and outcomes. Some people have an incredibly strong need to criticize others. They revel in this futile activity, and invite others to join them in this endeavor. They do this at exhausting length and at the expense of time, energy, and organizational morale. They exhibit little care that their behavior is damaging to trust and collaborative partnerships. Be aware of these individuals. Don't join them when they criticize others. This behavior is not productive, shifts responsibility and accountability, and leads to trust and morale deterioration. Focus on your own work. In time, you will have improved your own work significantly while they will still be honoring and self-gratifying themselves by complaining about and criticizing others.
