The tips, advice, reflections, and thought-provoking questions offered here are provided by practicing leaders and managers. The tips are concise and practical, and are derived from the daily trenches of leadership and management. They are lessons learned through years of learning, intentional practice, trials and errors, and observing and learning from anticipated and accidental outcomes.
