Know your place and role within the hierarchy and complex web of your organization.
Always stay focused on your own work, strategic priorities, initiatives, and projects. While you should form productive and mutually beneficial partnerships to foster organizational success, remember to stay in your own lane, and respect others and their roles within the organization. Know the scope of the work delegated to you, and do not overreach. Most conflicts arise when someone does less than or more than what they are supposed to do.
