Less talk and more thoughtful action.

There are so many people who talk a good talk. They enjoy listening to themselves pontificate, and rarely show any interest in listening to others. But when it comes to thoughtful and productive action, they are either missing in action, lack the leadership knowledge and skills to execute effectively, or are ineffective simply because they have not built a culture of trust and collaboration. Authentic, thoughtful, careful, inclusive, collaborative, and servant leaders will always be more trusted and more effective than big talkers.
