Knowledge matters. Experience matters. Vision matters. Intelligence, in all of its forms, matters. Creativity matters. Salary matters. Employment perks and benefits matter. But it is all for nothing, if the boss is not a good person and lacks solid ethical values, strong moral compass, empathy, kind heart, objectivity, and equitable treatment of all.
